Magnoni’s Twist Trolley is a solution to be combined with the automatic rinser. It consists of a system of gravity twist conveyors assembled in a set on a sliding trolley. Its purpose is to automate the operation of replacing twist conveyors on inlet and outlet of automatic rinsers. The Twist Trolley has an AISI304 or AISI316 stainless steel structure with moulded stainless steel twist conveyors. The trolley is moved by pneumatic control. This solution is suitable for tilting cans and jars of any size currently on the market (one twist conveyor for each format) at a maximum speed of 60,000 cph.
