Tipped cans rejecting system

The Tipped cans rejecting system (or Vacuum transfer) is a system that acts on the conveyor belt to reject empty tilted cans, to prevent problems during alignment.

Tipped cans rejecting system

Magnoni has developed the Tipped cans rejecting system (or Vacuum Transfer) to address the problem of tilted cans that might get jammed in the subsequent alignment stage. The solution acts in these situations to reject tilted cans. Placed downstream of a conveyor belt with multiple rows after the depalletiser before the alignment belt, the Tipped cans rejecting system is fitted with a centrifugal fan in the top position, complete with silencer filter and suction duct converging into 3 different chambers with adjustment system. The can suction flow is adjustable in relation to dimensions and quantity of the containers in transit. The height adjustment of the format is centralised with lever or electrical-mechanical system. The frame is in AISI 304 stainless steel, with perforated belt with independent motor. The System is available in the 3 different widths according to production: 660 – 810 – 910. The hopper for collecting the rejected products is optional.
